Dear friends, in this tutorial we will show you how to transfer all TexturingXYZ VFace micro-detail maps onto your character with a few button clicks.
In the new version of Wrap 2023.9.3, you can project 32-bit displacement, cavity, albedo, normal, specular, and utility maps in one go. The pipeline works for characters with multiple UDIMs.
Wrap’s gallery now includes a sample project that greatly simplifies the transfer of TexturingXYZ maps. Follow these three steps:
– Wrap TexturingXYZ standard basemesh onto your character
– Select all the textures you need to transfer
– Click Compute All
For a custom character with 3 UDIMs, we can project 18 high-resolution maps literally with a few clicks.
